You have come a long long way from where you used to be

you have survived things you never wanted to

you have overcome and climbed some high mountains

It sucked

You honestly never want to experience pain, heartbreak or loss again

There is good news

As much as we try to avoid rejection and discomfort and the hurt of what we experienced

But we ARE armored for it with our testimony
